Simple Advertising, Inc. is a marketing company. We generate customer inquiries for local businesses. This Site publishes dental information and connects consumers who request an appointment with local dental practices.

We are not a dental practice. We are not a healthcare provider. We do not provide dental or medical treatment, diagnosis, or advice, and no dentist-patient relationship is created by using this Site.

We Are Paid by Dental Practices

We are compensated by the dental practices we refer inquiries to. A practice pays us a fee when we provide it with your request. This means our referrals are not independent, impartial, or based on a ranking of quality — we refer to practices that have a commercial arrangement with us. You should do your own research before choosing a provider.

No Medical Advice

Everything on this Site is general educational information. It is not a substitute for professional dental or medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Never disregard professional advice or delay seeking it because of something you read here. If you are having a medical emergency, call 911.

Cost Information

Any prices, price ranges, or cost estimates on this Site are general national or regional figures for planning purposes only. They are not quotes, offers, or guarantees. Actual costs vary by provider, case complexity, materials, geography, and insurance. Only a licensed dentist who has examined you can quote your treatment.

Submitting a Request

Submitting a request does not create an appointment and does not guarantee that any practice will contact you or accept you as a patient.

Any agreement for treatment is solely between you and that practice. You should verify a practice's licensing, credentials, and standing yourself — in California you can check a license at the Dental Board of California.

The Site is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information on it is current or complete.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Simple Advertising, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or from any referral made through it.
